The smartphone generation reveres Google Maps as the bible for navigation. These are a few among the innumerable instances of us relying on technology that can act on its own; an eye-opener for sure. The human resource vertical has not shied away when it comes to exploiting AI—for the creative, time-saving advantages it has on offer. Skimming through someone’s resume is energy-draining, especially when time’s ticking. And the activity becomes much more challenging and intensive when there’s a pile of candidate applications to be evaluated.
